KRAMATIQ IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES

Under no circumstances shall Kramatiq, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for:

NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED BY KRAMATIQ UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.) and even if Kramatiq has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
